Q | Error EC-1 shows up when the power turns on.

You can temporarily release it by pressing the reset button for a while.
However, we recommend that you reset the cover counter according to the instruction manual.

A | It is mainly due to the switch.
Please snap the switch by your finger.
If the error shows up, the switch may malfunction.
Please also check the snapping of a wire or if the switch itself is physically pressed by something. You need to change the switch if it is defective.
